A customer is the enterprise’s God
and meeting the customer’s demands is one of the important contents

1、 Presale service
1.1 The company shall give details to the users on the products
and quality.
1.3 The company sets up a service hotline to answer all kinds of
questions and problems about the products. The service hotline is
86-577-62316888.
2、 In-sale service
2.1 All major users purchasing spots in the company shall complete
a user service follow-up card. 。
2.2 Marketing Department shall contact by telephone any new developed
users within one week of the delivery to ask about the receiving
acceptance of the delivery, including whether the product quality
may meet the customers’ demands, transport means, packaging and
the customers’ other requests.
2.3 Regarding any new developed products, it is required that there
shall be someone available while the delivery reaches, who is responsible
for introducing the products to the users, assisting in installations,
introducing the use methods and technical requirements.
2.4 Visits shall be made 1 to 2 times for key users to ask for
their ideas and solve the users’ problems.
3、 After-sales service
3.1 When any problem on the product’s quality occurs, it is required
to reply it within 24 hours after receiving the customer’s complaint.
Service personnel shall reach the spot to solve the problem within
48 hours.
3.2 When any products incur any quality problems, our company is
responsible for refunding, changing and repairing till the customer
is satisfied.
3.3 All expenses for settling the quality problems are borne by
our company.
